Sponsored post - Chewy.com and Primal treats

This month's sponsored post by Chewy they offered me some "Primal Treats" There were other options in this month's offering, but most were not an option for my household because of Jack's food restrictions.

I was a little hesitant picking out treats because of the lack luster love of the last batch we got as well as the fact that they went moldy before their expiration date but I was hoping something called "Chicken Shredders Dry Roasted Dog Treats" would be okay since the only ingredient was chicken.

Sadly there was no photo of the actual product on the website just the bag, so I didn't know what I was getting into.

The pieces were huge.. good for a large dog, but I didn't see me feeding these to the cats.  I think the label of "shredders" was a bit misleading as they were just large chunks of dried out chicken.

Not one to let a good treat go to waste, and having several large dog owning people with in my very small office, I offered them up to Shannon who took it home to her two labs..  Maverick and Jenga

"Gone in 0.2 seconds, they love them." - Shannon

I would say they were a hit. Thank you Chewy for the opportunity and thank you Shannon for allowing me to share such a happy tail wagging experience

If you too would like to join in the Chewy Blogger Outreach program, you just need to email svillegas@chewy.com for more information

**Standard Disclaimer so it is clear.. I did get these treats in exchange for an honest review, all photos and opinions are my own.

  4. We got the Primal turkey liver treats a while back, which are easy for my human to break up - and we ADORE them! They are like kitty crack, and good for us too! My human says she uses them as a "training tool" for me. All I know is if I sit pretty for a long moment, I get one and, duh, that is a small price to pay.
