Abby learned that it is Valentine's Day and that someone out there might be looking for an extra sweet kitty to snuggle them so hard that they can feel the purr.

(Abby is a 11 yr old diabetic kitty in Maine who is looking for a forever home after being surrendered to the shelter back in April. She gets a little nervous and anxious in new situations but she has so much love to give that just so long as you don't hit her she will snuggle right up to you and purr)

Not sure this requires a disclaimer, but since I'm going to link to their page I figure I'd put one up. Items came to me with not charge, nor any requirement, this blog post is all of my own doing because this amused me so.. 

So the other day there was a package from Chewy.com on my doorway..

I hadn't yet signed up for February's blogger outreach, so I was quite curious what was in it.

This amused me to no end.. it was much like those goodie bags you got when you were in school, and people would add little things so at the end of the day you got a hodgepodge of goodies.. It really made me smile.. Thank you Chewy!!

My sweet sweet husband chokes on Valentines day every year for the past ... well lets just say since I've known him.  This year is no exception.

I also bought myself a little valentine.  As you may or may not remember, I posted a while back some things I really would like.. Well Matthew Ross did some special Valentine kitties.. and they were much cheaper then his full size kitties, and one looked so much like Jack I could not resist.  I had to sit and stalk his Etsy page because they kept selling out on me..

It is tiny, that is a coaster right next to it, but it makes me smile.  (I just wish the nose was a gray or a dark gray not black, but I can't complain)  (and yes, I have a think for pumpkins... )
