Flash Back Friday
One thing about fostering for 10 years is that when I originally started this, I had a film camera so most of my good photos of my kitties as kittens are on negatives somewhere.. Then I got a 1MB camera (and oh wasn't that the height of technology) and most of my photos are small and grainy..
Every year for the past couple of years I make a photo book for the cats as a snapshot of who they are and what was going on in the past year. When Ollie died I made him a memorial book. I loved it so much I wanted to do one for Em, but I haven't been able to set aside enough time to find all the negatives of her as a kitten to do it justice. So I did a memorial collage. You know one of those frames you buy at the store that hold 10-20 pictures?? well I found photos of all my pets that I have owned that have passed and did that.
but finding photos of Kodi were hard. I have one that isn't at the very end of his short life (he died of FIP) where he looked horrible.
Well when I looked at the source of the photo of Muffin that someone found last week, I found a few more of Kodi. The file size is way too small, and I can't tell you how much I wish I had more photos of him. I know he is the reason I have 7000 photos of Skippy and Twee and Fleurp and all the other fosters.
