Meet the #Fluffernuggets

I know I have said this before, but I am not kidding this time.. If you have a weak constitution, you might want to sit down and prepare yourself for these two..

You were warned, right? Proceed at your own risk..

Um, yeah, I told ya.. I came up with the hashtag before I came up with names.. So, to go with the Fluffernugget theme I introduce you to Peanut Butter and Jelly.  I know I know, but it worked for me so I hope you don't think I am too silly for this.  I quite often have jelly with my peanut butter and fluff sandwiches.. (I also do honey but I like Jelly better as a name)

They are only here for a few weeks for some socialization and to put on a little weight. We already have had some issues thanks to worms, and trust is coming slowly, but I have been able to get them to eat in front of me, so that is a start. Peanut Butter is a bit more willing to interact with me and Jelly really wishes I would just go away, but we'll fix that.

There will be better photos in the next few days. They are currently in the cage in the bathroom to be able to interact better with them without their running from me. Hopefully, by the end of the week, we will have graduated to the big room, but that will be up to them.

I swear PB is so beautiful and so photogenic I could probably do an entire calendar of him.. :)

  1. Oh my, thanks for the warning. If mom bean hadn't been sitting down we thinks she would have fallen over from cuteness overload!

  2. GOODNESS. We're glad you included that warning, because we would not have been rady for the cuteness that are the Fluffernuggets!

  3. You could have also mentioned to hold a hand over one's eyes, until they'd adjusted to this extreme form of fluffy adorableness!

  6. I'm assuming from what you said that Peanut Butter is the black and white one and Jelly is the silver tabby. Oh, so fluffy!! I'm looking forward to watching their progression! They could not be in better hands!

  7. Okay, I've checked facebook and I had them backwards: Jelly is the black and white one, while Peanut Butter is the silver tabby.
