Oh no Auntie Connie! Now Mom is making me ask where mew got mewz cat camera and how does a cat wear it? Is it very big? Heavy? Complicated? Costly? PLEASE answer 'yes' to all the last few questions, for my sake, as I know she knows my formerly feral brofur Kaspars would freak himself out wearing one. That leaves one cat left to be the test subject: me!! Mwwwwaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! *runs frantically to Mom's purse to grab credit card to run it through the shredder* -Ms. Phoebe
I won mine, but there are many versions out there. You can go to google or amazon and search collar cam and find a wide variety of prices and models. The one we have takes lower quality photos, which is why I don't do this series more often, as a lot of the photos are very blurry (like the light painting above) because the kitties are moving when the shutter goes off. (that and they spend a good part of the day sleeping on it so the photos are all black, or on their back so I'm looking at the ceiling for oodles of shots ;D )
Cat cams are pretty cool. This last photo just proves that cats have a sixth sense (well, that's the reason I think they know when we are coming home even when we arrive at odd hours). My cats run to hide from everyone when they so much as hear a car door or footsteps...except when my sister drives up they all just lie around nonchalantly.
That's SO cool!!!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try out a camera on Katie. I'm thinking Waffles could come up with a pretty great action series too!
