Should I rename this blog "The Blog of Squee"?

The lives of the kittens have been pretty uneventful so I haven't had a lot to say in that department. We have had a bit of diarrhea, but when I take samples in they keep seeing round worm eggs, so we have dewormed them and things get better. It is probably time to scrub that room down to try to prevent it from happening again. I'd like to do it this weekend but we have a few things going on and it is also the Kitten Shower on Saturday... Which is sad because I REALLY wanted to go down to MA and go to the Harvard Ceramics Spring Show that Ann Boyajian is going to be at selling ceramics

The kittens are due for their first nail trims. I like to make sure the kittens are mostly weaned because the claws help stimulate mom to produce milk so I don't want to do anything that might interfere with that. They will be six weeks old on Saturday so I think I'll do it then. I'm sure they might like me to do it sooner as they keep getting their claws stuck on things. If Mina wasn't here I would have trimmed them already and let them get used to them later when they have better control over the muscles that retract their claws. It really is a fine line. Actually I think it would probably be fine to do it now.. but I am just wanting to be more safe than sorry.

So.. really a lot of words there to say that I've really got little more than sharing super cute photos... although I will share that kissing The Kraken is a bit like kissing a kitten shaped cloud of cotton candy... I am starting to really fall for that boy..

  15. Thanks for the notice, Connie! The sale is over (whew, still recovering!), and I brought home my unsold goods yesterday. The bunny plate sold. Lots of spoon rests and dishes left.
Hope the kitten shower went well!
