My human is doing this meme today because... well, she just can't. Although a weird thing happened today: she was dropping off some food and litter to Kitty Bungalow (we got it for free at cat shows), and the route she took wound up going right by the crematorium where a good friend of hers is - and she hasn't been there in decades. So she stopped by on the way back home. That was enough for her.
ReplyDeletethat was more than enough.
DeleteWhat a beautiful post - so many wonderful pictures. Thank you for sharing and for giving those sweet kittens that had to go to the Bridge so early a life filled with love, dignity, and respect while they were with you. Love from Mr. Jazz, the Zee/Zoey Gang and Purr Prints of the Heart.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice memorial.

Beautiful remember post. Hugs and purrs
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely tribute!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing these beautiful souls with us. Dad wishes he still had the physical ability to foster and sends a special hug because he knows of the extra tears that mix with the amazing love that comes from such needed works
ReplyDeleteTimmy and Family
What a beautiful tribute. Thanks for sharing their memories.
ReplyDeleteNice tribute to all the beautiful souls that you had the honor of knowing.
ReplyDeleteThis has been such a special day remembering our beloved pets who live forever in our hearts.
ReplyDeleteEach one of them gave love...and got love in return. Purrs...
ReplyDeleteWe all deal with grief in our own time and way. I feel emotions so deeply that I have to move forward through grief with happy thoughts in order to survive. My fur children will always have a special place in my heart. How wonderful we can have a day to remember our fur children who've gone before us.
ReplyDeleteMom Paula
We would think that working with rescues and fostering would be the hardest and it probably is.
ReplyDeleteYou probably survive by focusing on the fact for the time they were with you that they had a great life
and knew love. For that you are amazing. Extra special purrs to you.
