I have a feeling that Aloe wanted to go to the shelter to pick up a pair of crazy pants for Aaron.. because now that they are back they are both bouncing off the walls. I was trying to get photos with my fixed focal lens and way too many photos looked like this:
Aloe has a bit of skeptical going on there.. He has things to do.
I don't know a lot about what happened. I received one email saying the vet was going to see the Monday afternoon after rounds, and then another one yesterday at 3 pm asking when I would like to come and get them. CatMan picked them up and he said that he was told that there was definitely an infection of some sort going on. They are on antibiotics which lasts for five more days. Aaron was not amused by his dose but I'm pretty sure that Aloe likes it.
Aloe now weighs 2lbs 5oz. Aaron is 1lb 14oz. so I am guessing that once the antibiotics are done we will be scheduling them to be neutered.
As an side of no real importance, I think that the white bit on Aloe's back makes me think of meteor.. What do you see?
Whoa, they are wild kittens! I think they are already feeling better.
ReplyDeleteAloe's comet. I'm glad they are feeling better.
ReplyDeleteGonna have to phraphrase a current country song.... "knew a kitten on the southside, had a blaze in his fur!.." Very happy to see the Return of the Tots.
ReplyDeleteI see a schnauzer kind of dog with an ear... but I like your vision of a comet much better! I am glad they are back with you and they are feeling better. I hope Aloe picked out a fancy pair of "crazy pants" for Aaron!
ReplyDeleteMOL! Maybe the vet gave them some crazy pants medication. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad they are doing well. The mark reminds me of a comet.
ReplyDeletenice stripe :) mom swears kittens do weird stuff just to keep people on their toes. glad they are back and feeling better
ReplyDeleteThat's white paint. Glad they are back and going crazy!
ReplyDeleteThese two are a bit of a comedy act, aren't they? I would have to pet that white fur stripe at every opportunity!
ReplyDeleteThe vets is not so much fun as this!
ReplyDeleteI see a dog profile.
ReplyDeleteHope you kitties get well fine and be ready for the big day.

ReplyDeleteA meteor, or a comet - or the figure from Munch's "The Scream."
Glad they're back and on their way to get all well! We see a candy cane!
ReplyDeleteSO adorable. That first photo would make a great Meme, not sure what it would say, but it is perfect.
ReplyDeleteWe're so glad these little ones are feeling better. Good enough to dance, apparently!
ReplyDeleteOMC that first picture...may I have this dance?
ReplyDeleteYes! I see the meteor too.
