Um, Lady??

We are cats, we don't DO water.. 

The kittens are doing well. Katie was totally over being in Casa de Gato's Kitten Room and was spending a great deal of her day laying up against the door, and started making a play to get out of the room. I did what I could to engage her, but she didn't want to lay near me and be patted. I couldn't get her to lay on the sofa with me. She did show some interest in play, but as soon as she would start a kitten would come over and she basically acted like they were ruining her fun so she would go and lay in front of the door again.

So this past Friday I took the kittens in to the shelter for their first round of vaccines and we brought Katie back and she has gone onto the adoption floor.

Frasier is having a harder time than the others adjusting. I don't think he was as weaned as the others, and was depending on the calorie rich milk from his mom. He was feeling 'less than' on Saturday.  I weighed him and he weighed what he did on Friday, but something felt off. I had company on Sunday and it was mentioned he was feeling thinner than the others, so I weighed him again and found he had lost half an ounce. I picked up some goat milk and when I offered it to him he became nearly aggressive in his attempt to consume it, biting at the glass I was pouring it from. When I weighed him a couple of hours later he had regained that half ounce and a few more, so I'll be supplementing him and the others for a few days.
