Who's foot is this?? (I'll share a photo of the owner of this foot tomorrow) |
The kittens are doing amazingly well. They have hit their stride.. you know that point where there is more coming out of the litter box than you feed them in a day.. and when their bellies are bigger than their heads.. They are so incredibly food motivated it is starting to become funny because they eat like piggies, then run up to me and flomp down for their kisses, but they eat so fast that you can hear them burp when lay down.
Their fur is also becoming soft. When they showed up looking like little more than skeletons their fur felt a lot like those horse hair shoes and not the good ones, but the ones at the discount stores. They are starting to become soft and sleek..
and I am working on preparing for them to go back. Part of me hopes that Victor breaks out in snots again.. but I know that isn't fair to them. They have been waiting so patiently to sleep in a bed of their own..
I don't know how you can keep doing what you do? Giving them back would be too hard!! x
