The Good News

(if you prefer the bad news first.. go here)

So on Monday I posted this picture to Facebook.

With the caption "Good Morning Beautiful"

Shortly there after it was shared with the caption "Trying to get myself to Portland, ME to bring this wittle sweetness home with me!!! ♥"

I have actually talked to a number of people who said they wanted her, but for one reason or another it hasn't ever worked out.. well it looks pretty good that this one is going to work out..

and she blogs

and she is on Facebook

(YAY!)

We are not sure what the timing is going to look like.  If Odilia takes too long putting on weight and needs to have something done to her eyes, she might not be able to go to her new home until the end of July.. (due to vacation schedules) what a travesty for me to have to hold on to her for so long.. :)

(although if we aren't careful DH is going to adopt her.. just the other night Odi crawled up into his arms and was working her magic on him and he said more than once "can we keep her??")

  1. Sweet Odilia, It would be so wonderful if you went to live with another blogger so that we can keep up with you 'cause we'd really miss seeing your precious little face. 16. Well, since the stars did not align for me to take her, I'm glad Odi is going to a home where I can watch her grow up. (And I still haven't gone to the blanketty-blank post office... it's coming Odilia, and you don't even have to share with the boys if you don't want to)

  17. We, too, hope this is what is meant to be, the best forever home for Odilia. If it doesn't, however, maybe YOUR home *is* her forever home. Heh heh.
