I thought I was alone in my love of "kitten huffing" I was afraid to admit my huffing addiction, but when I heard on Robyn's website that I was not alone, I started planning on sharing my love of the huff.
Although I had to get my husband involved. He is not a seasoned huffer, so you'll have to forgive his lack of form.
To kitten huff properly, you need yourself a kitten..

and hold it a bit like an ear of corn.. |
|
Bring it to your face |
|
and inhale deeply |
|
Repeat |

With every kitten |

Was that fun? |
And yes, I do inhale.. That fresh kitteny smell is intoxicating..
Oh what fun! What absolute fun!!! Kitten huffing could be the next big thing!!!
ReplyDeleteuntil you grab that one kitten that ate something that didn't agree with them. MOL
ReplyDeletemom does that too....Silver isn't having it. :)
I 'kitten huff' as well...although my cats are now 6 and nearly 2 and they still get "huffed" on an almost daily basis!
ReplyDeleteI love me some kitteh belleh!
Eat the Belly Meat! Our cats are devoured daily.
ReplyDeleteAww what cuties, I huff my kitties, although they are no longer kittens
ReplyDeleteI don't hold my boys like that (too big, lol), but I love to bury my face in their fur, even though I can't smell anymore.
ReplyDeleteKitten huffing looks like a fabulous pastime...at least for us. LOL.
And look at Petra's white belly! ::Thud::
We like to huff adult kittehs too (though we can't hold them like an ear of corn.) :-)
ReplyDeleteHahameow...we thought you meant that huff that cats do as a defensive response, which in kittens is not very threatening, teehee. Teri said she kinda wishes kittens had puppy breath, though...
ReplyDeleteA kitten huffing tutorial! Excellent (and adorable!).
ReplyDeleteOh, I know what you mean. I LOVE inhaling the lovely scent of my cats and dog.
ReplyDeleteHubby isn't into huffing...at all. Hahaha.
LOLOL I love the smell of kitten! I wouldn’t recommend with a full grown cat though!! Austin would shred me :)
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm....Eau du Kitten.

We've told Mum we're too old to be huffed but she hust laughed and said "later"!!

That does look like fun but I betcha, none of the felines around here would let me do that. But it does look like fun. Take care.
ReplyDeleteI love sniffing kittens. I usually stick my nose to the top of their head and inhale. Glad there are others out there.
ReplyDeleteLOL....I've always been afraid to ask my cat owning friends if them did this for fear of being declared completely crazy. Thank God I'm normal!
ReplyDeleteThe smell of "fresh little kittens" is intoxication, is it not? I have been huffing for years, and I think it is totally normal!!
ReplyDeleteToo hilarious! I hold my adult cats in my arms and huff their heads and neck! Haven't huffed a kitten in years...now I gotta find me some kittens...
ReplyDeleteI've always said there is nothing like a warm sleepy kitty tummy!
