Fromm cat food

As I said recently I am out of the loop when it comes to commercial cat foods.. While looking around recently I saw this..

This is a product designed for cats (same packaging / logo only bigger for dogs) Apparently no one at Fromm thought it was important to put any meat on the front of the package of food for an obligate carnivore!!  I mean we do accept that cats are obligate carnivores don't we?

Seriously? why do they only have fruit and veggies on this label?  all of their dry food has basically the same logo.  I have to say no matter how high of a review this gets, no matter how high the animal based protein are in this, I can't say I would ever buy it for my cats. This could be really good food, I just can't get over the label.

Not a bad logo for my own snacking needs, but this isn't for humans..

(just one more case of cat food manufacturers marketing to the humans' knowledge of what is healthy for them and has nothing to do with what is actually healthy for cats)
